As a Massage Therapist, Aniyah sees her role in each session as creating a safe container while serving as a sacred witness to emotions as they arise and unfold in the client’s body. Aniyah’s life experiences have led her to specialize in Structural Bodywork and to offer external pelvic floor sessions as a bodywork series package supporting pelvic health concerns. Her sessions invite clients to engage through movement, in coordination with neuromuscular and fascial release techniques, to facilitate change in the body’s tissues and relieve long-held postural imbalances and tension patterns. She also offers deep tissue work, somatic rocking, embodiment practices, as well as Swedish techniques to soothe the nervous system within her bodywork.

Aniyah graduated from an 800-hour massage program at East West College of the Healing Arts in 2025. Prior to pursuing massage therapy, she spent three years working in the mental and behavioral health field, where she received ongoing, intensive training in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and somatic embodiment practices. She also completed her Reiki Master Initiation in 2023 and has developed an energy practice aligned with her cultural lineage, which she integrates into her bodywork. Outside of her work, Aniyah finds joy in expressive activities like dancing and karaoke, and in being of service to her friends and community through cooking shared meals and participating in mutual aid efforts.

Alty practices a unique approach to massage therapy cultivated through eclectic spiritual practice, structured orthodox education, and a lifetime of study with a breadth of teachers. Ranging from lineal students of the Dalai Lama to Energy Workers of the Unnamed Path to Orthodox Massage Therapists and Chiropractors with more than four decades under their belt Alty has had the privilege of studying and learning with some of the best.

Their formal education in massage therapy started with his graduation from the 800 Hour program in 2023 and has continued with nearly two years of working in a eastern medical oriented multidisciplinary wellness clinic. Alty’s style of massage focuses more on providing space and the necessary energy to help the body process and align with its own naturally occuring cycles, rhythms, and frequencies then the majority of manual manipulation styles.

When not working their magic, they can be found slinging tarot cards, planning queer summer camps, coming up with yet another hare-brained scheme to ‘get weirder’, enjoying a cup of tea, a good book, or roaming the city with his pack looking for adventure.

As a Portland native and Licensed Massage Therapist, I focus on creating relaxing, effective bodywork that helps you reset and feel at ease. My approach blends intuitive, flowing pressure with techniques like Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, Gua Sha, and Eastern-inspired bodywork, all tailored to your needs. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain or just need a moment to unwind, I’ll create a session that works for you.

I completed my 800-hour training at East West College of the Healing Arts in 2023 after years of navigating my own chronic pain. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for the impact of massage on both pain management and overall well-being.

When I’m not in the studio, I’m probably swimming in a river, grabbing coffee with friends, or hanging out with my cat. I’m excited to be working in the community I grew up in and look forward to meeting you.

Samantha’s work blends somatic bodywork, fascial techniques, and meridian-informed touch to support nervous system regulation and whole-body integration. Rather than forceful deep tissue, she moves thoughtfully through layers using movement, breath, and collaborative pressure.

The goal is sustainable release across the physical and emotional body. Sessions emphasize integration and steadiness rather than pushing through pain.

Her work is especially supportive during times of stress, burnout, transition, pregnancy/postpartum changes, grief, or when you’re feeling disconnected from your body. Many clients seek her out during seasons of change, when something is shifting and they need a steady container while moving through transition.

With over a decade of clinical experience, an 800-hour foundational training from East West College of the Healing Arts, and more than 300 hours of continuing education, Samantha brings both depth and discernment to each session. She served as faculty at East West from 2019–2025 and continues to teach bodywork and herbalism workshops within her private practice.
